Unless otherwise specified, for tickets bought online or by phone, payment cardholder can choose to:
- present payment credit card and transaction number to collect tickets at Xiqu Centre Ticket Office in person(without extra cost)
- by post (with postal cost)
- receive e-tickets (without extra cost)
Concessions for performances at the Grand Theatre, Tea House Theatre and film screenings: Half price for senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities and a companion, Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients and full-time students. Concessionary tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. Ticket holders must present proof of eligibility on admission.
The event schedule may be subject to change. The presenter reserves the right to change the programme and performers.
Temporary Ticket Arrangement for Wheelchair Users
Ahead of the official opening of the Xiqu Centre’s Grand Theatre we are rigorously testing venue operational systems to ensure all our customers receive the best possible service. Safety and comfort are our priorities, therefore we invite customers who use wheelchairs to contact our ticketing personnel directly, so that we can best ensure access requirements are understood and communicated to the appropriate team. In the very near future, customers who use wheelchairs and prefer to book online will be able to do so and we are very happy to confirm that there is no added charge for booking tickets by telephone, online or in person.
