This much-loved comic tale of marital strife features award-winning Li An as the henpecked husband and Yu Bin as his jealous spouse. After poet Su Dongpo takes his friend Chen on an outing with some young women, Chen’s furious wife rolls up her elegant sleeves to beat them. Humiliated, Chen dreams he meets the judge of the underworld. But when the god offers to punish his domineering better half, fearful Chen recognises the importance of submitting to a woman’s demands.
